Installed Joomla last Friday and it seemed to be working fine.

Today I receive the 406 error when attempting certain operations on the Administrator portion of the site.

Please advise.

Hello LAB,

406 errors indicate something in Joomla is triggering mod_security rules on the server. While looking into this for you, I found that this can be caused by a number of things in Joomla. In order to look into this further, we will need to know your domain name, version of Joomla, and the exact steps to recreate the error.

If you are not comfortable providing your domain in this public area, please feel free to email that information to docs@webhostinghub.com and let us know you have sent the email.

Thanks,

Christi N.
