We need more information on the exact error message and what you're doing precisely. Information like, what email address you were using or the error message that was returned tell you exactly what is happening. We can interpret the message and let you know what's happening.
To check your account, I created a test email address and sent a message to that account. It's working with no problems.
You shouldn't emailing mail.dianacoronado.com - but the actual email address. Also, directly accessing that URL is not possible. It's used for mail processing. Email clients like Mac Mail, Outlook, or Thunderbird use that URL for processing email. You can't use that URL in a browser.
