MDB2 Error on Horde email

The Horde email will no longer allow me to set up a new address book. Same thing happened last year because Horde was saving to the wrong place. You need to correct so I can add an email address book. email - Directory@gametrailassn.org. When I export the address book it is deleting the information and then will not let me add a new book. Please let me know when it has been corrected.

Hello ChrisGTA,

I looked into your history, and the usual route for this fix needs to be done through our systems team. I (or my team) will not have the appropriate access to fix it. I will re-open your ticket from 6 months ago and advise that the issue is happening again. You should expect a reply from the Systems team in regards to the issue that you are seeing. Are you getting the same error as before? If not, can you please post the error in reply to this post. Thanks!
