How can i put customization fields
over the and to cart button and instead of
save button confirm check box

Hello Argi,

The customization fields are part of a specific section of the product. this MAY change slichtly depending on theme, but there is no way to change its location within the admin panel.

It also needs the save button because the Add to cart button does not save that data, only the save button in that area does that.
