My navigation icons show in Firefox and on iPhones and iPads, but not in Internet Explorer. I am using Microsoft Publisher and uploading via ftp. How do I fix this?

Hi lesliea,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your navigation menu not showing in Internet Explorer. While checking into this for you, I noticed that your navigation menus are created using Image Maps. Different browsers may interpret the code for Image Maps in different ways. These types of browser compatibility issues can be difficult to track down.

My best suggestion is to not use image maps for your navigation menus (try using individual images) and see if this resolves the issue in Internet Explorer.

You could also try running your site's code through an online validator such as The W3C's Markup Validation Service. This may provide additional information that can help you track down the issue.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
