Hello Amycarlson,

There two data centers (East Coast and West Coast) that are monitored 24 hours a day. There are emergency procedures that are in place in the event of a hardware failure, but for purposes of security we can't really give you full details on that. Web Hosting Hub accounts have the option of including a regular backup for your website, so even if you lose your site, there would be a backup - you would need to have purchased a backup option, though. If the hardware were to go down for your server, your site would still be recoverable from an internal backup.
