How do I build a simple website?

When I go to your website there is a link to "create a website" but this is for sales purposes. Now that I have an account, when I logon I have very few choices, I don't see anything on my control panel. Where can I go to build a simple website? I'd rather not use Wordpress if possible. It looked like you had a program with templates, etc. Thanks!
