How do I know if I installed the builder?

I may have accidentally put a premium web builder on but I did not know if I did and I have received no e-mail to tell me login info for it. Did I?

Hello rickbarbot12,

Thank you for your question about installing the Premium Website Builder. There are two ways you can determine if you have installed the Premium Website Builder.

  • Begin by logging into your AMP account

  • On the right side of the screen under the Control Panel heading you should see either one or two links (one for the cPanel and the other for the builder)

  • Alternatively, you can click on the Details link under Account & Billing and view your Active Subscriptions on the Billing Screen. If the builder is installed, you will see it listed (product: Premium Website Builder).
