How to change a screen name?

Hi!

How to change the screen name that was asked in the letter when I first logged in:

" Get the most out of our Support Center - Set your screen name here!

Setting your Support Center screen name will allow you to:

• Ask questions of the community
• Rate articles
• Post comments
• Subscribe to receive notifications when articles are updated

Set your screen name by clicking here

To proceed without setting your screen name, click here."

I chose a screen name but now I would like to change it.

Hello ginters,

Currently, once a screen name is chosen and the account logged into for the first time, it is no longer allowed to be changed.

You can, however, create another support center account. You will need to use a different email address for the new account.
