I just moved my site hannontechnology.com over to your servers this weekend. However when I type in www.hannontechnology.com I get a "domain not found' message. If I leave the 'www.' off the site comes up. Most people will type www so I need to add it. How do I do that?

Hi DAVIDWP,

I'm sorry you're having trouble reaching your domain through www. I was unable to recreate this issue as I had no trouble getting to your site either with or without www in multiple browsers. In fact, WordPress appears to be doing it's job correctly since when I type in www before your domain name I'm automatically redirected to the non-www version of your site. I would recommend refreshing the page in your browser, and if necessary, clearing your browser's cache.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
