I just checked your files and there's nothing in them. You should be able to start again. If you're working in the BUILDER, then you simply need to go to PAGES, and remove all of the pages there (use the arrow button keys to remove the pages). Note that Premium Web Builder files are NOT saved on your account until you publish.
