From your page http://www.webhostinghub.com/website-builder.html, we were led to believe that we would have access to the templates section with our current plan; however, a search for how to access the templates seems to indicate that there is an additional charge for the "Premium Web Builder," which we find extremely unfortunate and misleading as the entire reason we went with your web hosting was because you offered the templates with the basic subscription. Please advise as to how you can help remedy this situation.
