I just susbscribed to your company for a web site.
my domain name is: www.kenzha.com. It was hosted before you by www.Citimax.com; I didn't make a transfer because it's going to be a completly different site except for the domain name.
I tried to set up an email account mtazi@kenzha.com following the steps on your site so I can check my emails using Outlook Express 2003 but it didn't wor. What does "if your domain name is pointed to Web Hosting Hub" mean.

Thank you for your help

Hello edylegrand,

Thank you for your questions about setting up email accounts and pointing your domain. Pointing your domain refers to changing the Nameservers for a domain.

Currently, your domain (kenzha.com) is not pointed to our Nameservers, which means neither your website or email is currently being hosted here with us. In order to set up and use email accounts on your hosting account with us, please contact your registrar and have the Nameservers for your domain changed to:

ns1.webhostinghub.com
ns2.webhostinghub.com

Once that change has been made, please allow 4-24 hours for DNS to propagate and your changes to fully take effect.

If you like, you can also transfer that domain to our management (not the same as transferring site files) so that you can utilize the one free domain registration that comes with your hosting. Just be sure you point the domain to our Nameservers before initiating a domain registration transfer.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
