When I try to check my email on your site using Outlook 2007 I get the following message:

"The server you are connectd to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified. The target principal name is incorrect" Any thoughts as to how to fix this?

Hello Quidproquo,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with checking your email. It sounds like you are checking your email over SSL. If you are making that connection using the default mail server name (mail.yourdomainname.com) a mismatch occurs between your domain name and the domain name of the shared SSL certificate on the server, causing the error you are seeing.

To remove the error, please configure your email client with the settings outlined in our article How to Send and Receive Email over SSL.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
