Cannot keep picture for preview and edit on design template

everytime I click on my picture I have downloaded in the template deisgn section and then even go into edit, it shows a different picture. It will not change the picture. It WILL do it on other templates I have chosen, I keep testing it and the particular design template in the specifi color I want will not change. All others will.

Hi Angie,

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having, and I'm more than happy to help. What software are you using to design your website? For example, are you using the Premium Website Builder?

The first thing I recommend is that you clear your browser's cache / temporary internet files.

If this doesn't help, I'd like to clarify the problem a little further. To confirm, when you upload a new banner image and click save in the top left of the window, the changes are not actually saved when you go to the next step?

1. Has this ever worked for this particular template you're using?

2. What template are you using?

3. How large is the image? Do you know the file size and dimensions?

If you can respond with more information, I'll be more than happy to look into this further for you.
