Can't log into the Premium Website Builder

i try to log in site builder but they deny the access they need user name and password although i can access to my cpanel but there there is not site builder to access directly.kindly help.thanks

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into the Premium Website Builder. You can log in to the builder either from the direct URL (https://builder.webhostinghub.com) or from your AMP account. If you use the direct URL for builder, you will need to know your cPanel user name and your builder password. If you need help retrieving that information, please see our article on retrieving your cPanel user name and resetting your builder password.
