Error installing builder "domain was already used"

This is the first time I have used this website, and I am tying to start using the Web Builder application, and when I go into the Install menu and add my Domain name it is telling me "This domain was already used in one of your builder accounts"

What do I need to do to get into the Web Builder from here?

I'm sorry you were having trouble logging into the Premium Website Builder. I see from the notes on your account that you were able to resolve this by contacting our Support Department. I also noticed you are working on customizing the logo and uploading a custom banner in the builder for your site.
