I created a form in html with several buttons, message box and text box.
I also have a separate php script for email.
I am using Premium website builder. How can I pass the value from my form when I hit submit to php. I was able to upload the html code on script page but I am not clear where to upload my php script.

Hello mikecc,

You will simply need to upload your php script to your public_html folder via your cpanel File Manager. This will place the script in the same folder the premium Website Builder will place your other site files, so they will be together so they can interact.
