Hello and thanks for the question. I'm sorry to hear that you're getting spam comments with the Premium Website Builder. Unfortunately the CAPTCHA system built-in to it we've noticed isn't able to deter all spam bots. You can simply delete your GuestBook module if you're not wanting to actively use it to get rid of this issue.

Unfortunately your question got cut off it looks like. If you were able to install WordPress I would highly recommend looking at installing the WP-reCAPTCHA plugin to cut down on spam:

This utilizes Google's reCAPTCHA project which is one of the most widely used and secure CAPTCHA systems out there to help deter spam.
