I cannot get back to the website builder. It will not let me login and says my password is incorrect if when I reset it.

Hello step1o5,

It is possible the builder account has fallen out of sync with your hosting account. Our Live Support team can assist you in getting that resolved.

To do so, you would need to contact our support department at support@webhostinghub.com with that request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
