Hello steveyoo,

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into the builder. Your builder username will be the same as your cPanel username (not your AMP username/email). Your builder password should be the same as either your original cPanel password or your AMP password. You can also reset your builder password through AMP if you're having any trouble remembering that password.
