If you have followed the instructions on activating the builder and it is still not allowing you to get in, go ahead and try to reset the password.
If that does not work, it may need a tweak from our support team, for that, you will want to contact out support team at email@example.com with a request to ensure the builder installed properly on your account. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
