It was an ID 10 T error:-D ......I guess I already did this step a while back, sorry.


I went to install Premium Web Builder for my domain and received the following:

There was a problem setting up the builder for this subscription. Please contact support to resolve this issue.

Hello SocialDancer,

I do see you contacted support about getting access to your AMP (Account Management Panel) and that the builder is listed as installed on your account now.

If you have any other issues with the builder, please get back with us either here or contact our support department (open 24/7) so we can further assist. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
