Thank you for letting us know your problem is resolved. Sometimes when the Builder is setup, there can be a problem creating the account.
For other people who may find this question:
Usually when you get this error, it is because you have installed the Builder already.
You can reset the Builder password from AMP, which should allow you to login successfully.
If you want a license for an additional domain, you can request one from AMP.
Also keep in mind that there are over 280 other programs included in Softaculous, that you can design your website with.
