Why am I unable to log into the builder

Hello. I can log into AMP and cPanal but I can't get into Plesk Web builder. It says the log in is invalid. I tried to use the "forgot password" link but it doesn't recognize the login/email address combo.

I was in there all day Saturday working.

Can I get my login reset or sent to me?
This is what I'm doing...
From this page: https://secure.webhostinghub.com/index/controlpanelselect
I select the "Builder Login" under my site's name "topnichesolutions.com
It takes me to the Plesk Site builder and immediately says "Invalid user name or password. Please reenter your user name and password or use the Forgot your password option." when I try that, nothing I enter works.

Hello RC30188,

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into the Premium Website Builder. Usually you are automatically logged into the builder when you access that link through AMP. When you are prompted for your user name and password, please make sure you are using your cPanel user name for the builder user name. By default, your builder password is the same as your AMP password, but you can also reset the builder password through AMP, if needed.
