How do I resize an image?

Hi everybody out there!
Does anybody know how to size down a Stock photo to the size 230x56 Pixels ? Thank you very much for your answer!

Hi Mirjam052,

Great question on resizing an image. There are many different graphics programs you can use to perform resizing of images. If you do not already have a graphics program on your computer, may want to check into something like The GIMP (The GNU Image Manipulation Program) or Google's Picasa which are free programs. You can also use a online editor such as Adobe's Photoshop Express.
