I think Website Builder did not install correctly for my website.
It gave an error when I first tried to install, saying that is could not be associated with my account or something like that, sorry, cant remember the exact message.
It is showing in my AMP but I cannot login.

Thanks

Ana.

Hello Griseyasociados,

This can only be fixed by a manual install process from live support. I've notified them about it, and they're in the process of fixing it.

The manual install has been completed. You will need to do two things to finish the install - change the password and add your cpanel password for the publishing settings.

The direct URL for the Builder is http://builder.webhostinghub.com

Login user name and password - I'll be emailing your account directly with this information.

Once you login, click on step 5 (Publishing), Select EDIT PUBLISHING SETTINGS, and click on EDIT PASSWORD - the password needs to be what you are using for the CPANEL password, or the publishing portion will not work correctly.

You will see an email direct from your account with your login information shortly.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
