I created my first website with Premium Web Builder. I published to the temp URL, but was disappointed that the pages do not fill the screen. Help me choose a different template that WILL fill the screen-width without losing my content! Time is of the essence as I need to go LIVE in the next day or so as our old website is being shut down.

Hello virginiabearhunter,

Thank you for your question. The Builder template you have chosen is a static template, that means it does not stretch to fit the screen. There are over 500 templates, and only about 50 are static.

I recommend trying a different template, then previewing the page. Once you have found one that fits the page, and the style you are looking for, republish the site to save.

This will replace the existing website.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul

Alright...since no one here seems to know how to troubleshoot....

First thing you need to do is check your website in the other browsers. Start with Chome then firefox, Opera. Your site might just load nicely with the other websites.

Next, in Internet explorer, click on compatibility mode icon. It's the broken page icon to the right of the URL bar and to the left of the reload icon. Sometimes that will make a difference.

I suspect your problem is one of these two issues.
