The website says that I have already downloaded Premium Web Builder for my domain, but I have not done so. It won't let me get the software now.

Hello Bjohnston,

When the Builder is loaded, it actually sets up an account on a server here on our Web Hosting Hub servers - a specific one used for the Builder. The application is a web-based application, meaning that it will work through your browser. If it is set up properly, then you will need to login into it. Proper login is based on the Cpanel user name and password for your account. You can find your Cpanel user in the Account Management Panel (AMP) by going into the Account & Billing details and selecting the ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS - ADMIN. Your user name ends in the number 5. I'll email it to you to make sure you have it. You can also RESET the Cpanel password in AMP.

If you're still having problems with the login, then please call in to live support (open 24/7) - they have immediate access to reset or manually setup your account.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.

Hello bjohnston, and thanks for the question.

I have gone ahead and created your Builder account for you, and you should have received a separate e-mail with your login credentials for accessing it. Once you're able to login you will need to navigate to your [Pulishing settings] tab and update your FTP password to match what you received for your website in your welcome e-mail before you can publish. Unfortunately we don't have access to that information so I was unable to get that added for you.

If you have any issues at all, I would recommend starting a live chat from our website with the (Click to chat) button up at the top-right of the page, and one of our support technicians should be able to walk you through any problems.

Please let us know if you have any further questions at all.

- Jacob
