Trouble allowing pop-ups

I purchased a new computer and now when I attempt to preview the website I am building, I get a pop-ups not allowed message. I set pop-ups allowed but that did not help. Can you help me?

Hello RichardSmall,

I'm sorry you're having trouble previewing your site. Are you using the Premium Website Builder or other software to create your site?

If you are using the builder, are you using a browser that is compatible with the builder (Internet Explorer or Firefox)?

Please feel free to update your question or add a comment below letting us know how you are creating your site and what browser (and version of that browser) you are using.
