Trouble logging into my Premium Website Builder account

new client/customer
AMP screen informs me that builder has been set up for subscription
denotes a 'click login in link below to be logged in automatically
attempt link, takes me to login page where i am NOT able to log in

Hello waterdog,

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into the Premium Website Builder. Please make sure the cPanel user name is being used for the builder user name. The builder password should be the same as your AMP password, but you can reset the builder password through AMP if needed.
