<div>I have reset my password and attempted to log in a second time. I waited 24 hours to see if it was a time delay, but the problem persists. I get the following message: Fatal error: Call to a member function getKey() on a non-object in /home/opsctr/pp.1.0.212/application/controllers/IndexController.php on line 618 please let me know how to resolve</div>

Hello Jeffrey,

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into the builder. If you are seeing this error when trying to log in through AMP, please try logging in through the Premium Web Builder URL:

https://builder.webhostinghub.com/Login

You will be prompted for your builder user name and your password. The user name will be the same as your cPanel user name and the password should either be your AMP password, or the new builder password you have set.

We would also like to recreate the issue you are having when trying to log into the builder from AMP. In order for us to do that, can you please send your AMP login information (and new builder password if it is not the same as your AMP password) to our Support Team at support@webhostinghub.com. We can then work with our Development Team to resolve the issue between your AMP account and the Premium Website Builder log in.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
