How do I add domain privacy to a domain that has been purchased without the feature.

Domain is already registered with Web Hosting Hub.

The easiest way to have domain privacy added is to contact live support via phone/chat/email - they are open 24/7 and can quickly add the domain privacy while you're online with them. If you're going to email them, you need to include verification of your account (last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the AMP password), the domain name and the fact that you want domain privacy added to that domain. Email would be: support@webhostinghub.com.
