Can I register my domain from a cyber cafe?

I am new at building a website.I want to know if I can register my website from a cyber cafe. I am asking this because I don't have internet connection on my computer.

Hello abc,

If the cafe you are working from has an open network (most do), we do NOT recommend you enter any private information (address, credit card information, account passwords, etc.). I would recommend asking a friend or family member if they have a secure network where you can safely enter personal information.
