Hi Erik,

Thank you for your question. Do you have an existing site hosted at GoDaddy (or another host)? If you have an existing website (not just a domain registration) you will want to choose "transfer existing." If you only have a domain name registered and have not built a site previously on another host, you will want to choose "new website."
