I have a site that I wish to transfer to webhostinghub but when I try to submit the domain name i get:
"Domain is expired and must be renewed with the current registrar before transferring"

My domain was registered long ago and does not expire in the next 6 months.

Also I unlocked it this morning.

Any ideas?

Hello erichueb and thanks for your question.

If you're having some problems getting a domain transferred over to us I would recommend contacting support directly via phone, chat, or by submitting a ticket so that we can pull up your account and see the domain you're trying to transfer over without exposing it publicly here.

In order to submit a ticket, please shoot an e-mail to (support@webhostinghub.com) being sure to include your username, and the original cPanel password of your account or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
