I'm sorry that your domain transfer did not complete. You should have received the system generated email advising you that the domain transfer failed. The reason the transfer did not complete was that the registrar did not receiving a response to the confirmation email sent to the email listed in the WHOIS information.
Since the domain is expiring in 2 days, I would recommend first renewing your domain with your current registrar, then re-initiating the transfer through AMP. Renewing with your current registrar will extend your registration to 2013 and subsequently transferring the domain to our management will extend the registration by an additional year to 2014. We have returned the credit to your account so that you can initiate the free transfer again.
Once you have re-initiated the transfer, please make sure you that you check not only your email Inbox, but any Spam/Junk folders as well since sometimes the confirmation email can be delivered there by your email client.
