Free transfer of domain name

When reading about domain transfers in your help files, I came across this sentence:
"Your first domain transfer OR registration is included FREE for the first year with your hosting account."
However, when I was trying to transfer the domain names, I did not see an option for a free domain transfer, even though I have a web hosting account with you guys. Why is that?

Thank you for your question. When you sign up for hosting, there are some specials that do not quality for the free domain registration.

If you signed up using a coupon code that offered 50% or more off on hosting, this would not qualify for the free domain registration.
