Hello eventechoes,

As our plans are contain automatic renewal and hosting, you would need to enter a cancellation request to keep the account from renewing. To do so, simply send the request to billing@webhostinghub.com to submit the request. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
