How long before new domain is set up?

How long does it take for a new domain to be set up? I just purchased the webspace here with the free domain, but it doesn't direct to my website at all - Chrome says it doesn't exist.

Hello Bobbert,

New domain registrations usually take around 24 hours before they are fully functional. The waiting period is due to DNS propagation. Until your domain is fully functional, you can test your site by using your temporary URL.
