My domain transfer is in process. Then what?

I guess it takes a few days for the domains to transfer to WebHostingHub. After that happens, do I change the name servers to WebHostingHub's, upload my sites, and everything will work without a pause? Or is there dead time I should plan for?

Hello sdotkling,

Thank you for your question regarding domain transfers and Nameservers. Domain transfers can take up to 10 days to complete. Nameservers can be changed either before initiating a transfer or once the transfer has been completed.

In your case, once each domain is successfully transferred, you can then update the Nameservers through AMP (Account Management Panel). Once the Nameservers are updated, please allow 4-24 hours DNS to fully propagate.

While you are waiting on the domain transfers to complete and DNS to propagate, you can upload your site files and test your site through your temporary URL.
