Need to cancel everything..

Hi There
I would like to shut down my personal website aycakartari.com(i submitted it as an addon). there's no grey x mark so i gotta ask how i'm gonna cancel it. Could you help me please?

Hello payidar, and thanks for your question.

Were you interested in just setting your addon domain to not renew, or did you want to close out your entire hosting account?

In order to do either, this will require a verified request to our support team at (support@webhostinghub.com).

It sounds like you might have been following our guide on how to cancel your domain registration, as you mentioned not seeing a gray X.

When you're logged into the AMP interface, and under Account & Billing, clicking on Details, do you see the Domain Registration in the Product column at all?

If you did want to completely close out your hosting account with us, as is mentioned in our how do I cancel my hosting account article, this will require submitting a verified support request, or giving us a call.
