Swapping an addon with the Primary domain

Hi,

I currently have one website hosted by WHH (I'll call it websiteC.com), and two others hosted elsewhere (websiteA.com and websiteB.com). I am in the process of moving those two onto WHH. I have already created two addon domains under my primary WHH domain but have not actually transferred those domains to WHH yet.

I can live with websiteA and websiteB residing under websiteC, but in the long run it would be far better to have all three websites residing under an umbrella site (I'll call it websiteTop.com).

Can I move my current primary website (websiteC.com) to an addon, and create a new domain (websiteTop.com) for the primary? If so, can you list the steps necessary to do this so that public access to websiteA, B and C is disrupted as little as possible? Thanks in advance! -David

Thank you for your question. We can change your primary domain to (websiteTop.com), but it requires a written request. Here is a link to our article on how to change your primary domain.

After your have changed the primary domain, you can add (websiteC.com) as an Addon domain in the cPanel.
