WHois Notice actions?

hello, I just received Whois notices from Melbourne for my two domains. They sound vaguely threatening but I don't know what I'm supposed to do with them. Do I need to respond to these? If so, what are they looking for?

We are happy to take a look at the emails that were sent by Melbourne IT. You may send a copy of the email to our support department at support@webhostinghub.com and we will be able to assist you with any issue with the domain names.

Be sure to also include account verification or either the last 4 digits of the current credit card on file or the current AMP (Account Management Panel) password.
