I was told since my bnsfsucks.net domain was a transfer that I paid for until June 23, 2013 that I would not be charged. Yet, when I transferred it you charged me for it.

Hello fly2me5,

I apologize if there was any confusion. Domain transfers are free for the first domain transfer. This domain would be free for the first year with your account.

I see that the bnsfsucks.net was the second transfer, so it did incur the charge of 11.99. Domain registrars automatically add a year when they transfer a domain in so this means if the expiration date prior to the transfer was June 13, 2013 it will now be June 13, 2014.

Best Regards,
Scott M
