Can I retrieve a folder I deleted in error?

Hello Padyricia,

Thank you for your question about retrieving a folder. Once a file or folder is deleted from the server, the only way to retrieve it would be from a backup copy. If you have a backup of your site, you should be able to restore the files and folder from that backup.

If you purchased our backup service we can check to see if a copy of the folder is in the backup (but we cannot guarantee the folder is in the backup). Please send a verified email (include either the AMP password or last 4 digits of the credit card on file) to support@webhostinghub.com if you utilize our automated backup service.
