Hello Johnprimo,

As per customer support, you do not have an account with our hosting company. Roundcube is an email application that runs on the web to view email accounts. The email account can only exist when you have an account with a hosting service. Unless you can provide us information about your hosting account, we cannot provide you assistance with your email issues.
