Is there an app which I can use on the site? All of our current code is html? I'm using either FrontPage or SharePoint Designer.

Hello LABenson, and thank you for your question.

In order to process a contact us form you need to have a server-side script to actually handle sending out an email to you.

You can review our article on using FormMail to create a contact form for a more in-depth explanation of this process.

I went ahead and downloaded FormMail.pl for you and placed it in your /public_html/cgi-bin/ directory. I also created a /public_html/formtest.html example HTML page that shows you how you have to setup a contact us form. If you fill it out right now you should see it sends an email with the information entered in to the webmaster email account you have setup. You can change where you want it sent to by following the instructions from the article.
