Hello rmutalik,

Great question on working with SquirrelMail preferences. You will want to make sure the user logs in with their user name in Squirrel Mail. Then, click "Options" in the top menu. Next, click "Personal Information" and have the user enter the correct display name in the "Full Name" field and click the Submit button. More information on editing these types of settings in SquirrelMail can be found in our article Editing Your Profile in SquirrelMail.

If you need help with with the set up of SquirrelMail on your server, I found the following admin documentation that should be helpful:

http://squirrelmail.org/docs/admin/admin-2.html

http://squirrelmail.org/docs/admin/admin-5.html

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
