Hi studio48,

I can see by the notes on your account that you were able to come into live chat with our Support Team and get more information about this problem. Just in case anyone else gets this error, I'd like to answer this question online here so there's more information.

All of our accounts include a free shared SSL certificate. You can obtain a dedicated SSL certificate, but there are additional fees required. We have more information on this page if you wanted to learn more about Shared vs. Dedicated SSL.

If you don't have a dedicated SSL certificate for your domain name, you will get a security warning in your browser IF you try to access it securley, such as with https://YourDomain.com (instead of http://)

Those security warnings will look similar to the below:

CHROME:
SSL Error
This is probably not the site you are looking for!

FIREFOX:
Untrusted Connection
This Connection is Untrusted

To resolve these errors, you would need to either use the shared SSL certificate included with all accounts or purchase a dedicated SSL certificate.

Let us know if you have any further questions, we're happy to help.

Thanks!
- Brad
